50 minute sculpt class on the mega former is no joke. Great workout in an unpretentious atmosphere . Teachers are all great, and they have a huge retail area with awesome workout gear.
A couple years ago, I decided to focus on my fitness and SculptHouse has enabled me to do that and more. Offer a variety of classes : cardio , lower/upper/total body, or Pilates . Highly recommend!

Healthy smoothies (to replace a meal...not add one!), bowls, and other healthy treats. Worth the wait and the price. You will feel good about yourself. Recommend the Recovery Smoothie. - Josh Weiss
