Multiplex on the edge of Bradford city centre. Has a reasonably well priced car park underneath & usually offers a good selection of films & showings.
I have an unlimited card and my pre booked tickets didn't print but the staff were so helpful and got me through to the right screen....minimum fuss :) Great customer service!
Seats are weird - the seat springs up in your legs unless u slouch! AND parking is only free after 6:30pm

The customer service on the main refreshments counter in the foyer is RUBBISH! It's always understaffed at busy times. Take your own popcorn and save grief!
The Cineworld unlimited card is great. But the cinema is run down, the toilets stink and the staff are mostly rude and useless. Needs a facelift.

Possibly the worst customer service going. Never have so many done so little so slowly. Getting food takes so long, food regularly not available - especially hot dogs . ☹️
Cineworld Bradford does Bargain Tuesday tickets. Come to the cinema on any Tuesday and get cut-price entry.
Seats are manic to get comfy in.

Don't bother. Staff are rude, refreshments are wrongly priced/ labelled. And they don't validate parking anymore. Go to showcase instead.
