They need to ask why you are there when you check in cause I waited a good 30 minutes to just be told I needed a technician to come out because they didn't handle the type if box I had.. frustrating!
Srill waiting just to drop off equipment. Huge wait. No bathrooms must use restaurant next door. This is only drop off location for 30+ miles to my home. Gotta be a better way than this. Awful.
Be prepared for long wait time. Always packed.
Horrible service,rude employees, they tell you they'll change your rate and they don't do it, very disappointed $200 bill for basic channels and internet..no way!!!
Staff are not helpful, continue to watch TV while supposedly helping customer.
