Bay Cities is great but use all domestic meats and cheeses . Heroic uses all imported Italian meats and Cheeses which explains the differences in Quality, Size and Price. They both have their charms!

The OMG and artusi are two of the best sammies I've ever had. Yes it's $$. But you won't hurt the roof of your mouth eating the bread a la Bay Cities / it won't fall apart (even tho I love BC!)
