The whole atmosphere is relaxing unfortunately our room 478 was next to the service elevator and the ice machine. A bit distracting at times .We have been here several times and every time it is great
It's Kohler: expect great bathing fixtures. It's a spa : anticipate attentive staff . The Carriage House feels like an intimate , historic hotel with the benefit of the huge operation next door.
Bathrooms in the downstairs spa have 2 giant hot tubs each if the one on roof is crowded
Go for a much needed relaxation weekend
Wear the robe in your room all the time, even downstairs in the lounge . Everyone else does!
