Best time to walk our jog is at night but not midnight , if you are a beginner try to walk fast first before jogging because its charges your body with energy !!!

Best place to do exercise in riyadh its pretty and have alot of trees . Also one side of it have those water sprinklers which helps you cool away while your exercising. .

Best place to have a run in Riyadh clean beautiful and usually not crowded , the total KMs for the the square is 3.8 . I'm running there since 5 years and highly recommend.

Excellent walking path , and you can take too paths as you wish. Short walk is approx. 3 km and whole round is approx. 6 km. Tranquil place for early morning walk , and its crowded in evenings.

Running track square shaped, each side is almost one kilometer. Total distance around 4km with small elevation . Good for long runs
