CKT wet & sweet style. Missing the ‘wok hei’ (smokiness). No pork lard . Minimal vege . Lots of cockles (uncooked). Quality ‘lap cheong’ (Chinese sausage ) slices
Order the $3 plate - it is only 50c more but comes w much more noodles and 料. Apparently no lard unless u request
Cockles are scooped uncooked into the plate. Be careful abt Hepatitis A
