Staff is NEVER rude, always fast & courteous- if they fail to refill your drink- its probably cause you've been up at least 6 times too many!!!
Who serves strawberry jam in hand filled containers the service here is very lacking. Definitely not up to the chick standards. The staff should try to be friendly :-)

The staff is rude and one older woman will not refill drinks. Terrible service, make sure you double check that you have your sauces- they ALWAYS forget it. Lemonade is disgusting as well . Stonecrest!
I got very bad service at this location if u see an old fat Amish looking lady I would recommend to stear clear from her she's very rude and does unsanitary things to the food
