Excellent meals & very attentive server's. Firebird's is a Houston's type restaurant ...not elegant or over the top, but very nice, with a midwest/Colorado ambience. Dinner for two is around $75.00.

Their pecan crusted trout is really good. Also their chicken pasta is great if you like spicy foods .
