Everything is perfect.
the server named 'Teri' was absolutely lovely. She was terrific to us. The coffee was so-so, but I asked for a fresh pot, and it was better than the previous.

Ludicrously overpriced....we paid $37 for breakfast , and one of us only had toast . We did not go back for the second day, even though we had a coupon.
Shockingly expensive for an IHOP. Yes it's in a tourist area but come on, even in Vegas IHOP is affordable ! Service is only good thing here.
