These ribs are not playing--this is my favorite BBQ in the city . No joke. The meat stands on its own without sauce (although they always have your fav. local sauces if you just can't survive w/o).

Burnt ends , ribs cheesy corn , loaded baked potato . The sliced meats are also on point! Don’t forget to try the ham salad !

Everything is great. The appetizers are truly delicious and a must have. Always get a side of either Cole slaw , bbq beans or the famous cheesy corn .

Burnt ends and ribs are some of the best in KC. As a native, I know the goods. Check this place out, and try both of their sauces!

Good people great food. Reminds me of East Tennessee bbq great to find in Kansas City . Definitely one of my favorite.

Brobeck's was a good meal, but nothing stood out as excellent or even original. There's lots of competition in Kansas City though.

Very friendly folks . Carolina Mustard Sauce and sausage were my favorites. The corn nuggets were also winners.

We won't be going back - very under impressed. I think the tips about great burnt ends are wrong - unless you like greasy roast with some smoke flavor. What they serve aren't real burnt ends .

Not a huge fan... Sauce is good...meat was cold and you could tell it was reheated. I wish they made more of their food in house. Staff super nice and friendly .

I had the worst experience ever! Arrived at 8:40 pm and was told,"we close at 9:00 pm you just made it."Food arrived at 5 mins to 9 pm.Then owner said we are now closed,need to take your food to go.
