Be sure to ask for the off-menu "specials" which Chef Marc always has. Have a pen ready and write it down on their paper table covers. It will be easier to remember when you decide on your order.
The roast chicken basque style is excellent! And the French onion soup is genuine. Best one I've had since Paris and I've had some of the best there on multiple trips.
Butter-Seared Black Angus Beef Onglet with Roasted Shallots & Fries - best seller & one if their signature dishes!
Great lamb shank , onglet , scallops , duck confit , goose liver , tartar , soufflé , ice creams .
Good food, authentic French Cuisine ! 👍 My favorite French resto in the metro! Thanks to Chef Marc Aubry !
Algerian couscous is an off the menu option you should order
Order the ribeye steak . Have them chop it pulutan style. Great to share over drinks.
Tartare de boeuf . Do it. Now.
Fare away the best restaurant in GBC. Marc is so nice as well .
You HAVE to get the RACK OF LAMBS!! Woodbridge rosè is a really good wine too!
Fantastic food. You can't go wrong with anything here.
the best lamb shank in town !!!
Order Nespresso coffee to compliment your superb meal by Chef Marc Aubry !
try the algerian couscous . its big enough to share
The menu is not reach enough. The steak was lost its juice , not tender even I ordered medium. Price and value don’t match for here.
The chef would sometimes welcome and serve you personally.
Escargot and rib eye steak !
White asparagus with hollandaise & salmon !

The Pistachio Au Lait is a lovely cup of creamy, nutty goodness. Worth the visit, despite the clumsy service. (Be warned too: a number of their staff don't have adequate knowledge of their menu!) - Elbert Or
