Thankfully the rooms are newly renovated
Bathroom was not that clean , room heating was not working in November and they only had some blankets...The breakfast buffet was ok.

Situado numa zona mais pobre de Valência , perto do centro das artes e dos jardins e a 25m a pé da praia . O hotel fica a meio caminho da praia e do centro. Simpático e acolhedor.

30 min bus drive away from city center. It is sand, very big. Sea is very shallow, not much tides. Sun chair and umbrella rentals are available. Some restaurants and cafes by the main road as well. - Murat
