I took my dog to the pethotel at petsmart. When I picked her up and walked outside she released her bladder which took longer than usual. Then she immediately had a bowel movement. unacceptable
The grooming salon doesn't walk your pets , so when you pick them up be aware! My dog kept having accidents on the store floor. Which I told them she needs to go frequently!!
Petsmart throws away unused bedding, toys , and other items they cannot sell, instead of providing them to non-profits. They even throw away food while they collect your donations at the registers!!!
