I live in LA now and lived in NYC for years; this is still one of my favorite stores for vegan-friendly groceries . Local tofu + beer ; Miyoko's vegan cheese ; an amazing hot bar . They set the bar high.

The tofu salad at the deli is amazing & only $4.99/lb! Also you can buy san pell soda by the case here. The hot bar is good but sometimes should be called the lukewarm bar .

Best produce, not to pricey , I mean you get what you pay for here which is locally sourced fresh and organic produce .

You must try Soy Delights Tofu Chicken Nuggets and don't forget the Vegan Ranch . Both are to die for. They sell out, go early.

The curried chicken salad wrap is fantastic. If they don't have one premade they can make you one- build your own wrap for only 5.99!

One of my go-to places for gluten-free food. They carry Rudi's bread , probably the best brand of gluten-free bread .

Love their variety of vegan and organic options , both prepared and frozen.
