On 9/13/2012 I forgot my macbook-air on a table of CostaCoffee, Finchley Road , London. I went back hours later and a girl gave it back to me: VERY professional AND kind. Up this CostaCoffee!
The usual noise of coffee making on the ground floor level, but their basement is cosy and quiet ! They do take Costa membership cards. I'd recommend.
Very good service . Pastry choice is a bit scarce though. Meeting place of choice of the Kosovo community.
There is lower ground floor with a lot of free space
try to ge the entrance chair ...you will be super lucky

Very good food and produce. Good staff not like other waitrose stores (brent Cross). Good deli counter and they serve hot lunch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't forget free coffee. - Ezzy Estevez
