They were very informative, & helpful. Better than home depot , who tried to sell me something that was undersized & not what I needed or wanted. ????????✔????

If you want any information about appliances , get the model number and research yourself. The guys in the dept. couldn't answer any of our questions.

Garden center staff is usually clueless when it comes to plant knowledge . Know your stuff before you buy here, or if you're inexperienced, go to a local nursery with knowledgeable employees instead.

You need to find someone that really knows what they are talking about. If not, you will be wasting your time returning things!!!

Only visited the garden center but cashier was very friendly . It was pretty busy for a Monday afternoon.

Only Slightly better than Home Depot . Customer service in both are mediocre to poor. You can't find anything. Nothing is marked on aisle number, etc. As per their Web site. Extremely frustrating.

I put up with holding the hardware you buy. Can you please return plastic bags like me to Lowe’s for recycling ?

There's no one that will wait on you. I guess you have to hit them across their knees with a 2x4 to get their attention. I left the store, I was so disgusted.

The customer service at Home Depot is sooooo much better!!! Lowes needs to take a customer service class !!!

Customer service sucks if you order online and try to pick up in store. Takes forever when it should be a simple pick up since it's already paid for!
