I have boycotted Swensens for years because of their terribly slow and non responsive service. Today my friend convinced me to give them a chance but nope. Still absurdly slow. Smh

Stop serving rtp water as warm water. And it won't kill to smile.

Slow service, would even give you the wrong order after waiting for N minutes... :-\ 'cept for one staff ( lee kien) for giving providing excellent cust service. Kudos!

The staff screws up table order sequence and served my Fish & Chips to another later beside me. Hence my friends eat while I watch.

Very bad time management in serving food!! Two of my friends had their food served in half an hour while we waited for an hour. Much time wasted on waiting for one another!!

Menu change again

Swensens used to be quite good. Worst steak ever!! Even Botak jones staff ask if I wud like check my steak 1st.... Disappointing to the max..
