If you can get there before 6AM you're better off. It's a lot less crowded and you can get to all the machines!

The equipment is old and needs to be upgraded, however its a perfect gym if you don't like too much traffic.
Lifting heavy? Wear a weight belt!
They seriously need a better selection of music here. Half the shit I've never heard anywhere else. Nore hits, less shits.
Half of the machines dont work. Skip this location and go to Pasadena or LA.
