This Red Robin sets the bar high for excellent customer service.

I have bragged about the service at this location in the past. Jenny has really made me think about changing my mind on that.

BBQ chicken wrap is great! Although mine first came out w/o bbq sauce , server and manager both rectified and overdelivered on service. A+ for good customer service!

There is a baby changing station in the men's room. It's hidden in the non-handicap stall.

Get in on the rewards deal. Totally worth it.

Burgers are expensive . But you have to love the bottomless fries !!!

4 times in a row visiting this Red Robin and 4th time we had terrible, terrible service. Staff is very friendly , but spread thin and can't keep up with customers. Beware! Won't be coming here anymore.

The staff was gracious enough to take the cost of my burger off the bill after my bald self found a long hair in it.

Don't order the prime rib dip . Sooooo much fat on the beef . Luckily the manager took it off the bill. Never asked if we needed more drinks though. :(

Terrible service and we didn't care for our food either. The whole experience was ki8nd of upsetting.
