Great service. If you have a question...just ask. They will help you pick up the right wine or right liquor for whatever occasion.
Okay selection, but lots of space to walk around in. Open some hours, which is nice.
Actually, having a minimum for credit card purchase does violate a vendor's agreement with the credit card companies, it is not against the law. The credit card company takes a fee out of every sale.
Usually friendly staff with an underwhelming selection but you can find some deals.
