First time here, adorable theme and relaxing atmosphere , staff are very friendly and helpful. I tried the pumpkin loaf which was quite rich and the lychee tea - only lychee tea I've found in Van!
Cute chandelier interior and vintage tea cups. Endless tea choices for High Tea ($30). Demi-tea available for ($18). Heavenly Cream tea is delicious! (75 cents/each for latté option). Nice service.
They do an excellent gluten free and vegan high tea service . But if you're not vegan you can ask for the regular Devonshire cream.
Great tasting coffee , the scones are to die for. The staff is very friendly . Definitely, we will be back for more. :)

Good service. It's a good idea to make a reservation (sometimes they get pretty busy). Nice selection of tea. Their peach dream tea is pretty good. $27 for regular high tea and $17 for mini. - Gloria J
