Rice porridge . A friend who lives in Woodlands pops by to 'dabao' (takeaway ) pork porridge from Sin Heng Kee #01-10. Pleasant aroma of sesame oil

Cute children height tables & chairs, near tray return area
Massive hawker centre with over 60 food & drinks stalls
Wantan mee . Quan Long #01-65 prepares a tasty plate. $3.50 gets u 3 wantans (2 boiled, 1 fried). Noodles was ‘q’ (springy). Sauce had a peppery taste
Kaya toast set. Good value from 竹福 Fresh Sugar Cane•Coffee•Tea #01-12. $3 for large cup of beverage, 2 slices of bread (most places only serves 1 pc) & 2 soft-boiled eggs . Beverage not strong enough
Lor Mee . While Ye Lai Xiang Laksa #01-73 is more known for their namesake, regulars tuck in to their other noodle bowls . Enjoyed lor mee , which was thick, with enjoyable crunchy bits
Dried chilli noodle . Hao Jia #01-53 mimics the KL Chilli ban mian style, using dried chilli flakes for a sharper spicy taste . $3.70 for this bowl
Ban mian (handmade noodles ). Basic bowl of dry U Mian from Ah Yi Handmade Noodles #01-66 is served without a separate bowl of soup . Overall still aromatic & tasty, although it could do with more vege
Really good soup . Olive rice is a must order. 😊
Chai tow kway (fried carrot cake ). Oily plate from Hua Li #01-24. Agree with past 4SQ tips: white version nothing to shout about. Interestingly, that tells u the base he's working with
Although the smell of old school food is no longer there, but you can still find some great food and stuffs if u are on a budget...
Local desserts . Generous portions from 福源甜品 #01-35. No wonder it's constantly busy. This bowl of chng tng (popular on hot days) is $1.50
Prata . Thick & flavourful curry from Aysha Food Corner #01-41 (literally at one corner of this hawker centre). Went well with the prata 👍🏼
They have one of those cash-deposit-motivated-tray-return-systems. 50 cents.
Teh kee curry rice die hard to try!
Laksa . The gravy from Ye Lai Xiang #01-73 was thick & flavourful
Hot water. The nursing room towards the back of the hawker centre has a hot water dispenser😉
Teh tarik . An-Nur #01-39 sells a cup for $1.10. Was not as aromatic as I’d prefer but it’ll have to do, as they are the only stall selling this 😬
Wider breakfast options at nearby Marsiling Lane Food Centre. At Blk 20 Marsiling Lane abt 1km away. Easily triple the food choices here
A lot of food stalls here have a variety of food kinds.
Epok epok (curry puff ). The one from Lela Kitchen #01-38 did not impress. Skin was not crispy . Potato curry filling lacked flavour. Overall snack was not even warm
Nice Babur Cha Cha

Dim sum is freshly made daily. Not bad. - Karen Yap
Although it is smaller, compared to their previous one at woodlands centre, this one is still a big decent place. - Alex Ong
Nice selection of local shops, extra stalls, and food options. Wish it opened at 10 am weekends... But you can't start the enjoyment until 11 am. - John A
Above the food centre is an air-conditioned floor of shops, selling all kinds of goods & services. Sheng Siong supermarket is on this floor too. Levels 3 to 5 is carpark - Cheen The Curious
