Fuddoyama-ramen means Mt. Hood Ramen , which also is their standard ramen offering. Some toppings are served on the side incl egg & bamboo shoots . Several spicyness levels to choose from too.
Chasu is very good topping. The fatty pork on the menu refers to the pork shoulder , which is tender and fattier.
Try the gyoza for a starter, and any of the ramens for an entree.
Red miso ramen is tasty.
