The sesame sauce with the salmon sashimi goes well with a semi-dry Riesling . As does the chicken mole .
I haven't anything I didn't enjoy!

Gorgeous, amazing staff, and spectacular grounds. One of the finest hotels you'll ever stay in. It's own lake, hiking trails, etc. It's rooms start at about $700 though. - Andrew G.
