大胆なほどの粗挽きというより乱切りパティの肉 々しい噛み応えとしたたる肉汁。そしてジューシーなトマト や野菜 。チーズ がそれらを取り纏め、しっかりした弾力のバンズ で挟み込む。マジで旨い。サンバル を使ったバリネスソースの辛さも旨さを更に引き立てる。ランチは¥150からソフトドリンク を付けられる。
オーナーは本郷の老舗「FIRE HOUSE」の出身です。
パティはまるでサイコロステーキ のような感じ。かなりのウママです！
ちょっと辛いけど、すごく美味いバリネスチーズバーガー オシで。
ハンバーガー のソース が、ピリ辛で美味しい。
インドネシア風のバリネスバーガーが辛くて美味しい
店の看板、独自メニューのバリネスバーガーは風変わりで美味くは無い
