Small place. Hard to get a table anytime of the day, as it's a popular pit-stop from shopping or waiting

Great alternative to coffee from toast box.
V crowded but unfortunately this franchise of the ever popular yakun has poor coffee . Obviously the sock is not working here. Tourists who have this would think that traditional coffee is yucks. Sad.
Kaya toast and teh susu
This outlet has Kaya Balls! But so expensive , 8pcs for $3.
This outlet served the worst Teh O n Kopi O !!!! Sucks man !
