Bring your own water. Although they sell water, you can purchase larger sizes of water outside. Be prepared to experience a life-changing exercise. Enjoy!
If you don't want the smell of other people's sweat , attending the first class in the afternoon would be a good idea. That's 4pm on Mon, Wed, Fri and 6pm on Tue and Thu.
