Dammit man!!! The smoked chicken with white barbecue sauce will make you "slap yo' momma!" Do not miss out on this one. Killa view of the river , with Tuscaloosa as a back drop.
Everything was delicious! From the rolls and muffins , dinner salad , seafood platter , and shrimp and gouda grits . Generous portions with good prices! Beautiful view of the river
Very beautiful lakeside atmosphere! The food was great! I recommend the spinach dip ,buttermilk shrimp ,smoked Gouda grits , and squash casserole ! Don't forget to bring a camera to take pics by the lake !
first try Gumbo , Smoked Chicken and Cheese Pie in Cypress Inn , then you can go and take a walk at the park at Manderson landing, or just sit on bench and watch the river over there.
There's an outdoor patio you can sit at which I would recommend for pictures around sunset in the summer. The lake is a perfect background for a photo-op.
Try the chicken with white bbq sauce . It's amazing. Also great views of the Black a Warrior River .
