Although the tips about this place are dead on, let's give the Baristas a break. They are trying. Remember, a smile can do wonders.

Seems like the staff here is kind but seems to misunderstand the concept of quick delivery . They also fail to announce the drinks when finished.

The should have a call-in your order. It was quicker to walk here than to get my regular coffee .

Needs to be restocked more frequently. Out if iced venti and trenta cups, and vanilla flavoring !

I am a Batista here and I admit, we are struggling because of short staffing. Safeway is hiring more workers though.

Try the Java Chip , it is so yummy!
