A lovely green to walk through, any time of year. Plenty of benches to sit on and relax and enjoy the scenic views . Good for dog walking and the trails are fun to walk along. Nice for picnics too!
get drink and food into the close budgens or co-operative and enjoy the park 's flavor! especially on the week end!
I'd suggest 3 for £5 Crabbies alcoholic ginger beer from Co-Op and hit the Green, then a £7 cheese & bacon burger from the White Horse.
