I had the Saltillo and my boyfriend had the Mendez. Both were fantastic and large portions . Great service and tasty margaritas . Will definitely return!

Mariano Martinez invented the Frozen Margarita here in 1971 as a solution to the problem of inconsistency in the preparation of margaritas among his bartenders .

Gringo Enchiladas are great. This is different then most texmex , they use a tomatoe base on top of the enchiladas and a good mix of sautéed veggies . You'll love it.

My Mariano favorites are the brisket tacos and the beef fajitas . Wash 'em down with a Texas Top Shelf margarita and you'll be a happy Texan.  You'll also be back for another "go" of it.

Woah... New paint, new menus, a little different layout. Same salsas , same drinks, same happy. =D

The atmosphere is family-friendly, the service is great. Don't get the fish tacos . I could have saved the $13 and put fish sticks on tortillas at home.

"The Whole Enchilada " is insanely large and insanely good. I usually get in on my free meal from the gold card

It's margarita month...1/2 off. Sit at the bar . They have an ice bar to keep your drink cold.

Their fajitas (both steak & chicken ) are top notch! Very tender, quality meat & perfectly seasoned.

The beef fajitas are my favorite in town . Also make sure to try the Queso Mariano ; it's pricey , but delicious!

It's gotten more expensive ... Often too expensive for me... But the food is still great! Go go the fajitas . Stay for the dark salsa .
