Lousy service. Wrong utensils served, mixed up orders & waited 15 mins for bill when others get it immediately after asking. It's ridiculous. Floor mgr said all new. Is asking for bill so hard???

No food as yet. As order was not repeated by staff , an item was missed out. Do they need to be defensive without an apology? We will nv step in to manhattan again, ever.

Worst service ever.. pls check regulary if they really put your order through. Waiting for more than an hour and still counting..

The chowder was horrible. Too watery. The fish and chips portion was smaller than bedok point outlet.

Bad service, staff lounging around looking listless. Wonder if the food will be better?
