The busy times are working day from 4 pm to 8 pm, saturdays from 8 am to noon and sundays from 8 am to 11 am. If you want to use the treadmill , forget it.

this place is clean and up beat. watch out for the sales reps, they will not let you know the best sign-up prices and forget to mention qualifying discounts on purpose to up sell

If the kids here spent more time picking up weights and cleaning machines and less time trying to push supplements I might have better things to say about this place

Mornings are the best.

They must've converted the squat rack into the curl rack, because all the bros with their shirt 's arm holes cut down to their waist get their 7day 12" python program done in their.

Friendly and helpful staff well maintained facilities

Last week I discovered that they closed the locker rooms to retile the floor. I'd like to know if they're done yet.

The sit up machines are practically in the walkway still! I hold out hope they will be returned to the back room.

This gym is super dirty and needs new equipment. I remember back in the day when it was nice. They told me to take off my shoes in the sauna but hell no after looking at the nasty floor.

This gym is just plain nasty..and ALL the equipment is missing screws and rickety.. The stairs almost fell apart on me!
