Now, I'm a Starbucks regular, but the barista at this location must've been a former McDonald's employee--my latté was more than scalding hot! So much so, it took the enjoyment out of drinking it.
Everyone is pleasant and the store is cozy , as in small, so not private at all!
Starbucks is a chain. If you can't drive to Novi, search for them on Google. You might find one closer to home.
