The French Onion soup is usually my go to but was super disappointed that they don't put a globular of melty cheese on top like they used to. What is this obviously shredded cheese crap?

If you go after 7pm, they have a tendency to run out of food and their service is really slow.

Don't get the Cuban, I ordered it and they only put 3 nickel size pieces of chicken on it!

Worst and slowest service here. I got my money back it was so awful. Go to reston town center, much better.
Avoid. Customer service is just bad but that seems to be customary at most Panera locations.
