Friendly staff all throughout the day, also its 24/7 which is amazing for studying. The couch and large tables make for some cool space

If you have an item from the secret menu , read it out loud . The cranky old lady will not read it off your phone no matter what.

It's a good spot! I really like the staff and layout but it's always COLD! Doesn't matter if it's summer or winter, seems like they want to kick you out by cranking up the AC .

Love chilled espresso drinks but not the heavy cream or pricetag? Next time order a "dopio espresso over ice in a grande cup". Literally a double espresso over ice. Now go add some milk .

The service here is the worst. I've been to many Starbucks and worked at one for seven years. This. Is. The. Worst. They don't even say hi when you get to the counter. At least it's open 24/7

Would be back more often if the Mellow Soft True North coffee wasnt always tasting burnt. Either the roasting is overdone or the Baristas dont know how to make coffee .

Turn around is pretty fast if you have a little patience a seat will come available.
