Every single thing I put in my mouth here was delicious. The guac was great, the pork belly pastor taco and short rib taco were both great, as were the margaritas !

The long is often long for house-made (gluten-free) corn tortilla tacos , thin chips , excellent tequila and potent mixed drinks , with a pretty constant party atmosphere.

As a Texan, I was shocked by how on point Bakersfield was, from cocktails to guac , tortas to tacos . Our server was really helpful and made great suggestions. Fresh, exciting, fantastic!

Great atmosphere. Everything is so good, from the guacamole , to the tortas , to the tacos . However the salsas are the best, they a liquid gold, enhancing the delicious flavors of their tacos .

The Short Rib Torta is my favorite item on the menu. The telera roll is great and everything is perfectly balanced when you dip it in the roasted tomatillo salsa .

Overall my visits to Bakersfield have been amazing! I've been to both the Cincinnati and Indianapolis spots. And I'm really looking forward to a possible Columbus location (from what I'm hearing)!

This is one of my favorite places in OTR. Friendly service great atmosphere and amazing queso ! Add everything to the queso , you won't be disappointed.

Street-style Mexican (tortillas made fresh everyday), plus laid-back bar atmosphere with lots of socializing. Menu is comprised primarily of delicious tacos , plus a couple salads and sandwiches .

The wait is always long, so get here early. Or just sit at the bar and eat chips and margaritas ... they make one of the best margays I've ever had

Short rib tacos were great as was the fish taco . Don't pass up the Queso . Home made and better than most I've had

Belly up to the bar and order a PBR (it comes in a boot shaped glass). Guacamole and chips are always a good start, followed by a shot of Dickell.

Real good tacos , and good beer selection . Queso was great, comes out in a cast iron pan so it stays warm while you eat it.....

Anddd, ask for the mole taco . It's made with chicken and a light mole so it's not overwhelming chocolate . Off menu for now so u gotta ask!

I absolutely loved the Short Rib Tacos . They also have a decent beer selection and the Chips and Queso makes for the perfect appetizer .

Chips and salsa are to die for, bite size tacos mean you can make a selection and alcohol free margarita for dry January are a delight

PBR boot! Chips and guacamole are great, but I like the quest the most.

Maybe before going to the other side where all the real bars are I'll have a big load of tacos since I heard small and Margaritas to see if they're Really #1.

Catch the right time and the party shall be yours, otherwise it's not wort the wait. If you get the chance have guacamole , Queso & fish taco

Try the Tacos (Assorted) - Pastor, short rib , and fish tacos done traditionally. Take your sour cream and shredded cheddar home kids. This is the good stuff

Huge craft beer selection . Tacos - all of them. Salads are great. Margaritas .

The chicken Morella taco is better than the Fish taco . Neat western atmosphere. Friendly attentive wait staff .

Tacos are good but I expected more. A tad overhyped. Prepare to wait for a table up to a hour or longer as they don't take reservations .

Do yourself a favor and try the Carmenita. Half sangria , half margarita . Not on the menu , but worth the request!

The Chios and Guacamole were awesome. House margarita was great too. Taco's were different. Not worth the price.

Try the homemade queso and pickled jalapeños . Drink a local beer .
