Always have had awesome service here. Purchased Apple Products & Canon products. Both high end product with high end service!

Store manager (Eric) was very helpful with an out of warranty return issue today. Was nice to have someone with a bit of humanity behind the counter for a change.

My experience with most of the employees have been great, especially the gal at the mobile phone booth . The guy today though seem to be having a rough day.

The customer service here is atrocious, and it feels like nobody knows what they're doing. Get it together!

The girl who checked me out actually had communication skills and loves video games . Real nice too!

The geek squad had my damn computer for two months after they said it would be two weeks they suck!!!! But they r giving me a free computer now so all is forgiven

One of the worst best buys I've been too. They told me my warranty was up on my laptop, so they could not fix it. Then, a few months later, I got a letter telling me to upgrade my warranty .

Customer service is poor! Waited 25 minutes to speak to someone about touchscreen desktop b4 purchasing, decided to leave and all employees were at front of store hanging out. Purchased elsewhere.
