Very courteous staff at the front desk. Free wifi in rooms with strong connection signal. Cindy at the front desk was very helpful.

Front desk help know zero about Internet at their own hotel . They told me to call IBM to find out how to opt-in to pay for internet use that requires video like skype if you initially opt out. Really?
