A small town between the Intracoastal & Atlantic Ocean, created from a mobile home park on March 19, 1963. It's main road is N Ocean Blvd. (A1A), and has its own beach. As of 2010, the town's population was 601.

FYI: this is the richest trailer park in the world! Last I heard, each lot worth over 1 million dollars!
