Good experience. Love getting my iced green tea latte . Their everything bagel is excellent. Definately coming here again

Not ADA accessible-narrow spaces. Too high coffee condiments. No place to easily sit. Too bad cause it's nice.

The service is slow. Be prepared to deal with staff that don't care about your order being correct.

The pumpkin spice coffee was disgusting. The sales associate said she would fix it. She threw a whole bunch of hazelnut , chocolate and mint in it. It was slimey when I drank it. Marriot coffee sucks

Very Slow due to the conventions . They truly need to implement an express line for just regular coffee via mobile app payments.

this location had an employee refuse to let a Philadelphia Police Officer use the restroom telling him loudly so everybody could hear that the restrooms were only for paying customers .

This location has the slowest barista's enjoy the wait.

How could this Starbucks refuse to let a cop use the bathroom when this location doesn't even have a bathroom ? You have to go in the hotel

No lines but I had to wait for the two girls working lastnight to stop talking to place my order, rude. Cookies were hard by the end of the night, fail for the price of one them, wish I didn't buy it!

Agree w/ the above. Slow. Slow. Slow. The employees could care less if they get your drink out before 8 a.m. or 8 p.m.

Horribly slow service. I have been here twice - once on a Sat and then on a Mon. Do not come here if you are in a hurry.

Not the best location to conduct College Admission Interviews, especially when there is a National Anthropological Association Conference in town .
