Best fried chicken I've had in the area so far! Get the spicy chicken . Tastes better than Ezell 's (a tad hotter, has more spices and more cajun-y). Buns are better at Ezell 's though.
This is an exceptional fried chicken . If you like spicy or original, don't worry it's ALL good.
OCC, that is not entirely true. The locations at 23rd & Jefferson and Skyway are still run by the REST of the original owners .

Everything tasted like it came from the freezer section. Dry chicken with too much breading , French fries were soggy, roll tasted like Kings Hawaiian, coleslaw was boring. Everything needed salt, too.
