I've always found the staff here to be quick and attentive. Maybe the other tippers came in on an off day!
When you come in ask directly for Alex. He can get anything done for you, very professional.
Scott is a good dude, but the store sucks. They have more people doing nothing than doing something. 1 security guard , 1 manager who just plays with his phone, 2 check in people and 2 sales assoc?????
Most disinterested staff I've ever encountered in an AT&T store. Didn't know the answers to my questions and had no desire to find them out. Yuck, bad attitudes.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. There is no system here. It takes so long to be served and the staff is nonchalant.
