Great food - even for vegetarians ! As great the food is, equally bad is the service! So don't go with expectations of great service. And get a rewards card too!

There are four power outlets : left of entrance near high tables , on the right wall next to booth seats , on the floor near the fireplace and in the booth near the pickup area.

Who had the great idea to not have details about what is in a salad or on a sandwich anywhere on the menu?? Staff has to explain all menu items to each customer- ridiculous.

With all of the bad reviews I thought it would suck. It didn't. Was the same as every other panera with friendly staff .

Amazing food and service!

The carrot balls in the chicken stew make me nervous. But I ate around them.

Did you find a parking spot ? Lucky you. Park beside the building if the lot is full.

Seems to be something to complain about everytime I come. Inconsistent portions and service. Too bad its the closest one.

Arrive early in the day for a full selection of baked goods . Lots of items sell out quickly.

I just do the ham and swiss with spicy mustard . Always hits the spot

The french onion soup is great, get it with your "pick two "...

Best broccoli and cheese soup !

Skip the cream cheese on your bagel . Costs way less and there's free butter by the drink station.

Don't let carrie take your order, she will screw it up.

Food is good here

Stay away from this and all other Pgh Panera's. The food is never cooked properly. Spend your $$ elsewhere.
