Love the pre set flight options. Pair it with the truffle fries . Cute interior with green vines, good for convos.
Probably the best HH in town for beer geeks; $4 flights (4 beers ) and specially priced well portioned appetizers ! It's a neat little spot too by the train station and Little Italy.
Red Tolley ftw! Pretty much anything on cask & the 26th Anniversary barrel aged Belgian strong ale is tasty. Bourbon fans can appreciate
The Artisan Melt was one of the most delicious meals I've had in a long time! I was very sick, too... So I honestly didn't feel like eating, but one bite of that and I completely changed my mind.
Karl Strauss is known for their beer . After visiting the restaurant they should be one for their food. Ordered the pastrami sandwich and it changed my life.
Happy hour is a fantastic deal $5 food & beer . Always make sure to check out whatever they have new on tap .
Service was excellent. Beer selection was varied but had too many IPA’s. Had guest beers too. I approve of the Mac, pretty solid. I did the pork daddy mac.
Aurora's the best for this summer weather...and chilli fries (sweet potato ) are awsome...If Hungría try its Burger or the ribeye , both are great.
Great downtown spot for a small bite and drink. Relatively inexpensive and food is good quality. I recommend the Red Trolley Ale !

Best gastro-pub in SD. A place for people who know and love beer . Food is quite good as well . Pot Roast Sliders were excellent. The wait staff are cute to boot.
Go on Thursdays and get the cask special. Vanilla toast porter was smooth.
If you want a local brewery you have to try this place. Lot's of good beer and food. Not many other places around it though.
All the Karl's have a great selection of beers they brew. Go on Thursday for cask night . This location does not have hard liquor
Tank tap beer is an amazing deal. Fresh from the brewery . Current one (Sept '13) is an 11% Quad that is delicious.
Tried Ahi Poke , Ahi Salad and Big Beer Burger . Recommend all. Very very good.
Really good local brewery . I love the hefeweizen , good stout too.
Literally the best nachos I have ever had. And I have be had more than a few bomb nachos . .!
Red Trolley ale was so good the food was great love this place
Their signature beer-basted burger is so moist you can almost drink it.
Spicy Hummus was delicious. A very So. Cal. inspired, guacamole-like flavor.
relaxed atmosphere . good people. they don't have premium cable though ... can't watch my seahawks.
Fish tacos !! One of the best I have ever had!!
Go for the Tower 10 if you're into a Westcoast style IPA !!
Amazing beer menu and super tasty meals also for vegetarians
They will let you have a tasting of anything on tap , try aurora hoppyalis just for the aroma
The nachos are huge. Easily enough for 2
The best homemade beer and burgers in SD!
Braised pork rib with a fried egg 😍
Starters were excellent, also mains. Superb service! Try the baby squids !
Get the Big Beer Burger and pair it with the Off The Rails!
Have to get the Red Trolley BBQ Boneless Wings ! TO DIE FOR!!!
Ask for Goose to be your server! He made the night for us! Also the good food and beer helped!
Solid beers and fare. Plus a cool staff .
Ahi tuna must try!
Try the Five Wee Heavy Bells if you are here at Christmas season !
Mezquite chicken sandwich .
Sweet potato fries delish!!
Fig chutney on a hamburger is ridiculously good. So is the beer !
Tower 20 IPA is a must!
Pastrami chipotle sandwich yumm.
Mac and cheese on tap is amazing. Get the "norm"!
Loved the beer and the burgers
Nachos are huge. Just eat it for dinner with a friend if the two of you are only a little hungry.
Happy hour beer and snacks are one of the best in town .
The mac & cheese is so filling! And Jeff is the nicest, most efficient bartender ever.
Food is great but let the staff pair a beer with your food. You won't be disappointed.
$6 beer flights - Great way to try everything they have on tap
Decent happy hour . $5 almost any beer on draft .
The "tenth tap" rotates, so ask about it. Also, the Turkey Bleu burger with their wing sauce for dipping on the side is sublime!
