If there's a wait, make sure to sign up on the clipboard by the door. The coffee is Ronnoco (yuck) and it gets packed easily (pretty small), but the service is friendly and fast, and the food cheap .

The Mediterranean Skillet is cheap , generously portioned , and served piping hot. Although in need of salt and a touch more flavor, definitely satisfying. Pigs in a blanket , however, are disappointing.

Best pancakes in St. Louis. Ask them to add blueberries for an extra treat - no extra charge.

I love the Boardwalk Skillet with sunny side up eggs !!

The skillets are awesome!

They don't mind off-menu orders. "We can do you anything," they told me.

They don't know how to cook over medium eggs . If you try twice, give up, then eat any of the food, they will charge you because they think not getting the food you ordered is acceptable, apparently.

Good for a hangover!
