Your butter cover less than 50% of the bread . Thus u can no longer enjoy the great taste as compare to last time.
When I complained that my kopi peng was too sweet, the guy just poured some of it away and added water. So now I have a not-sweet cup of kopi-flavoured water.
Butter sugar toast set.
Typically order set A to get a taste of local kaya toast , flat and crispy . Unfortunately, the tea quality has dropped to fairly watery slop. Better tea elsewhere..
Update Dec 2016: The butter in the bread had shrink. Now only cover 30% of the bread .
The new Kaya Balls are pretty good. But some may find it too sweet.
Would feel more comfortable if there’s aircon in the morning
No tips. Just place your tissue bag on desk, be more kiasu and then queue grab your kopi

Worst outlet I've patronised...
Larger than your usual supermarkets, the space allows more varieties and also plenty more aisles space for you to maneuver through. Fitted with cashless self-nagging payment system. - Elise ❥
Modern outlet outlet with full service (McCafe, collection burgers, self-service, dessert window to the street). Gets pretty crowded fast, can be difficult to find a seat. - Jo
Pure Double Chocolate Frappe is still the best. - Nurul Shafiqah
After a whole bout of unfortunate events during the first year of opening, JEM has now stabilised & established itself as a definite go-to-mall in the west. Has almost everything you can find in town! - Y.
