Beautiful and easy hike , just really long to get to the end. Super majestic elks along the way. The fog settles in and it’s quite magical to walk through. There aren’t a ton of scenery changes.
Sweeping views of Tomales Bay , the Pacific, and plenty of wild life: Elk , Sea Lions, Coyotes, and more! Just over 9 miles out and back with 1200ft of elevation gain.

Go at sunset on a clear day or brave the wind. Make it to the ocean, you can do it! - Jeff Weinstein
A long hike to the point, but the views are more than worth it. Wear pants if going to end where trail is not maintained to protect from prickly plants. Be careful with and respectful to the elk. - Zach Steiner
Beautiful hike with water on both sides. It takes about 90 minutes to get here. - Daniele Codega
Super short hike down to a gorgeous beach against red rock mountains. I especially love the fog setting in! It’s super chilly so bring warm things. - Connie Chiu
