Novotel Melbourne on Collins

Decent and clean room , reasonable prices. Not fancy , but it's my common home in Melbourne.

Love this place, great service, comfortable rooms , great breakfast and very central location. What more do you need?

The gym area is next to the indoor pool which means when there's a lot of kids/people in the pool you can't use the gym . They're not in separate enclosures

Have stayed in a few places in the area and I believe this is a refreshing experience - new rooms have a good vibe, good breakfast , nice touch with the iPhone docking station!

Make sure to get one of the high up rooms with a view over the shopping center

The staff are fantastic, great hotel in a great location, the food is amazing and the new rooms are beautiful. great place to stay!

Ask for premier room if available; it got lots of space, large LCD TV , complementary hi speed internet and a nice work desk.

Easy and access to the CBD.. but it's quite busy and the rooms are quite tiny.. morning buffet breakfast is adequate..

Second stay on a work trip. It being Central is ggreat and easy walking distance to the rest of the city is fantastic.

Newly refurbished rooms are fantastic! Wonderful hotel with outstanding service .

Try Lorca if you don't want a hotel breakfast . Out front door, cross road and through the Central mall

Maybe it's just me but the lifts feel amazingly fast!

Good hotel for business travellers

The coffee machine for breakfast is horrible and the cue to get freshly made from the Barista is endless. Don't get your breakfast here if you like coffee with your breakfast .

The new Rooms are nice and breakfast has a Good choice.

Clean and comfortable .

The upgrade to premier rooms are definitely worth it.

Unless you want to feel like your in a shoebox with a tv that does not work try avoid the interior rooms.

The mobile reception is non existent in the rooms, ch 10 reception is pretty bad too!

Crap gym , slow service, dark rooms, beds arent great, more expensive than the Hilton.

Not what I expected. Tv 's not working well . Room is ok. Recept gave us connecting rooms but it turns out to be single room. Overall Rated 7/10.
